i apologize for my absence

sorry i havent updated in awhile everyone.....its been a crazy week or so.....reid is on tour again...marco island is less than two weeks away....i start both of my jobs tomorrow [yes...the day camp hired me again AND i work at AE....]....plus i am nowhere near my goal weight.....YES i reached 120 but i went on a binging spree and im back up to 125....i see reid on monday....i want to be 118 by then....

i went to the beach today and loved examining my bones....i felt my hipbones....but the scale is lying to me.....im gonna work out before i talk to reid and go to sleep.....ill try to comment you all back asap....PLEASE write and keep me on track.....it adds to my fuel....pure encouragement....its not that i get hungry....i actually dont....its my family and friends who make me weak.....i need your uplifting.....thank god i work tomorrow through breakfast and lunch and the beginning of dinner so i can virtually skip all the meals....

alright. workout time.

i did it.

i got the job at american eagle.......

i worked today....

 

sorry i didnt update yesterday...heres the scoop:

W- 124ish

B- nothing

L- smoothie

D- BLT [minus the bacon...so around 200c]; sugar free jello

S- milkshake [approx. 400]

E- ran for 45 minutes then bike rode for 30, then ran another hour and 15 minutes PLUS crunches

3 green tea pills

 

TODAY!!!!

W- 122ish

B- nothing [green tea pill]

L- nothing

D- nothing yet but i know were having seafood linguini

E- not a whole lot yet....about 30 minutes of jog/crunches/leg lifts

 

 

im excited. i wanted to be 120 by tomorrow and im sooooo close!!! however, i might have been there if it wasnt for the milkshake......

REID's HOME TOMORROW!!!!!

 

EDIT: i prolly ate 700 cals of linguini if not more....but i rode my bike for 30 mins and ill prolly run tonight

no matter the layers i strip from myself its never there...

its warm outside. insanely warm. so i walked around the house in my bathing suit to see how obese i am.

now THATS motivation.

 

edit:

input- watermelon; jello [sugarfree]; chicken fajita [>200cals]     

output- two bike rides [total almost 1.5 hours] MAYBE dodgeball later.....gosh i love summer...
