i got the job at american eagle.......
i worked today....
sorry i didnt update yesterday...heres the scoop:
W- 124ish
B- nothing
L- smoothie
D- BLT [minus the bacon...so around 200c]; sugar free jello
S- milkshake [approx. 400]
E- ran for 45 minutes then bike rode for 30, then ran another hour and 15 minutes PLUS crunches
3 green tea pills
TODAY!!!!
W- 122ish
B- nothing [green tea pill]
L- nothing
D- nothing yet but i know were having seafood linguini
E- not a whole lot yet....about 30 minutes of jog/crunches/leg lifts
im excited. i wanted to be 120 by tomorrow and im sooooo close!!! however, i might have been there if it wasnt for the milkshake......
